Quick 15-Minute Spring Workout
No equipment needed
Complete 3 rounds: 40 seconds work / 20 seconds rest
Squats
Push-Ups (incline if needed)
Reverse Lunges
Plank Hold
Fast Feet or March in Place
Cool Down (2–3 minutes):
Stretch your legs, hips, and shoulders + take a few deep breaths.
