Chris has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Central Missouri and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He has been training for over 11 years in the Kansas City area.
Chris opened Live Fit in March 2011 and has helped hundreds of clients for all types of fitness goals. He will make you feel comfortable, yet challenge you in unique ways to help you achieve your goals as safely and efficiently as possible.
Jackie has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from Walden University and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with an additional certification in Corrective Exercise.
She has been training for over 8 years and enjoys working with clients of all ages and fitness levels. Jackie will help you build fitness and nutrition into your daily lifestyle and keep you on track when you need it the most.
Jessica has a dual Degree from Kansas State University. She’s certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been involved in fitness since she was a child.
Jessica will provide an effective and fun workout that assists her clients in reaching their fitness goals along with providing the support needed to live a healthy lifestyle. Her positive attitude and fun personality will get you amazing results and help you to actually enjoy working out.

Trevor has been competing in sports since he was four years old. He graduated from Olathe South where he was an outstanding athlete and then went on to William Jewell College where he was a four-year starter on the William Jewell soccer team. He earned a degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Business Administration from William Jewell and is certified in personal training through the International Sports Sciences Association.
Trevor continues to further his education everyday to better serve his clients and make sure they are always seeing the best results possible. He enjoys a variety of clients and loves to help you achieve your health and fitness goals quickly and safely.
Katelyn has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Baker University and is certified through The American College of Sports Medicine as a Certified Exercise Physiologist. She has been training over 3 years and enjoys working with all types of clients. She also enjoys having fun and switching up her clients exercise routines to keep it fresh and keep the results coming.
Katelyn will help you achieve your fitness goals through accountability and coaching in all areas of your fitness, including strength, cardio and nutrition. When you first meet Katelyn you will see fitness is her passion and you will be confident that she can lead you to success!
Tina has a degree from Oakland University and has been certified through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America for over 25 years. She holds many additional certifications including Pilates Reformer and Yoga. This makes Tina one of the most unique and versatile trainers in the fitness industry.
Tina enjoys helping clients incorporate fitness into their lifestyle revealing benefits that last a lifetime. Her philosophy is from a simple quote, “Your life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change!” Tina will help you make that change and support you through your fitness journey!
Joni has a Bachelor's degree in Wellness from Northwest Missouri State University and is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She started out in the fitness industry in 2004 training clients of all ages and fitness levels.
Joni has a passion for injury prevention and rehabilitation, but can bring an intense workout as well to create results very quickly. Joni was the first trainer for Live Fit when it opened in 2011 and now manages and trains out of the 95th and Nall location. After meeting Joni you will know she can take you to the results you are seeking in a safe and efficient way.
Trent has a Bachelors degree in Health and Physical Education from McPherson College. He has competed in sports since he was a young child and played college football where he was an All-American Fullback in 2014 and also ran track.
Trent has been training for 3 years and enjoys working with all types of clients. He enjoys helping clients increase their muscle mass while maintaining proper technique. Trent will help you achieve your goals by providing personalized workouts specific for your health and fitness goals while having fun!
Kathy has been passionately involved in the health and fitness industry for 30+ years! She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas, and is certified through UNLV and the DK Body Balancing Method Pilates (mat and reformer). She is also a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. In addition, holds the following certifications: NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist; Fitness Nutrition Specialist; Neuromuscular Stretching; Cardiorespiratory Training for Fitness; Integrated Core Training; Integrated Balance Training; Optimum Performance Training for Youth; Optimum Performance Training for Seniors.
With her experience and education level, Kathy has been changing lives in our community for 3 decades. She has also ran in the Alaskan Marathon Team in Training for Leukemia event and several Triathlons. When you meet Kathy you will quickly know “it’s all about YOU!”
Linda has 30 plus years experience in healthcare and rehabilitation. She has a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy and holds a certification of hand therapy with a focus on rehabilitation of the upper body. With her experience and education, Linda brings a unique focus to personal training. She is able to apply her knowledge in physiology and body mechanics to guide clients to improve their overall strength, balance, and fitness to reach personal goals. Linda is able to adapt training sessions to accommodate existing chronic medical conditions, post trauma / injury, and muscle imbalance.
Blake has been involved in sports and fitness from a very young age. He earned his Associate of Science degree from Barton Community College, where he was an active part of the cheerleading team, which competed at the national level. Blake earned his personal training certification from the National Council on Strength and Fitness and has been helping clients meet their goals for over two years
Blake will provide you with the guidance, skills and knowledge to thrive throughout your fitness journey. He has worked with people of all ages, fitness levels, and even those with past injuries. He specializes in strength and conditioning, HIIT training, cardio, and nutrition. Whether you want to improve the way you look, feel, or perform, you can count on Blake to help you every step of the way!
Janelle’s passion for health and wellness inspires her to continue her education and experiences. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Kansas State University and her Boxing Certification though the Boxing Fitness Institute. She is currently working on a degree in Massage Therapy which will enhance her client’s experiences. Janelle provides a comfortable and motivating atmosphere for all ages. Coaching clients through functional workouts and helping with lifestyle changes to reach their individual goals.
