High Cardio Cable Machine Workout

Looking for a high cardio cable machine workout to do the next time you hit the gym? Try this below!

AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes, 15 reps each 

1. Reverse Lunge with Row: Handle at low pulley, step back into lunge while rowing.

2. Standing Chest Fly:  Handle at chest height, arms out wide then in front.

3. Squat to Overhead Press: Low handle, press up as you stand.

4. Cable Side Bend:  Low handle, one hand holding handle, bend sideways.

5. Rope Pull-Through: Low rope, hinge at hips, pull rope through legs.
