What to do at night time to promote weight loss!

Drink a lot of Water: Water flushes out your system, which helps get rid of any water that you are retaining. But try to stop drinking water about 2 hours before bedtime…you don’t want to be running to the bathroom all night!

Pack your lunch: In the morning rush who has time to make lunch? If you are trying to lose weight pack your lunch along with a mid afternoon snack.

Make your bedroom very dark: Melatonin helps your body produce more calorie burning fat and your body only produces melatonin when you’re in complete darkness. Having an extremely dark bedroom can assist in weight loss.

Do a nighttime workout: work off those extra calories you ate throughout the day with a late night workout!

Have a low sodium dinner: Sodium causes bloating so letting it sit in your system overnight causes you to wake up puffier then normal.

Turn the thermostat down: Sleeping in a room with the temperature below 66* can cause you to burn 7% more calories then someone who slept at 75*
