What I ate Wednesday…which was actually Thursday!

Today I wanted to share with you what I ate for an entire day. By no means am I perfect and by no means is this what you should be doing but a lot of clients ask me about ideas for meal planning so I figured showing you what I ate throughout the day might give you a few ideas. Lets get started!
9:00- For breakfast this morning I had oatmeal with 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter and a cup of hot tea, I think I drink hot tea out of habit, I just love being able to hold something that is warm in the morning.

11:30- Pre workout snack which included Special K Crackers with Tuna Salad that I quickly whipped up using canned tuna, dijon mustard, and wasabi mustard.

1:30- After my workout I had a Protein Smoothie with mixed fruit, protein powder, spinach, and greek yogurt. This wasn’t my first pick because I by no means wanted anything cold today but I had some errands to run right after my workout so I needed something that I could bring with me.

3:00- After running errands I was freezing! (I am so done with this weather) I wanted to eat something hot, so I made a bowl of Progresso chicken noodle soup.

5:00- Since I knew I had a little while before dinner and I was hungry (me being hungry usually means I get cranky) so I had a bowl of cottage cheese to hold me over

7:30- Dinner tonight was a new one, we used our spiralizer to make Zoodles (zucchini noodles) with a 3 cheese sauce (purchased from Trader Joes, you should know by now that I could never make a homemade sauce) and a mix of seafood. This turned out really well! We both really liked it and it couldn’t have been easier!

8:00- After dinner we sat down to watch Black List on Netflix and I had a glass…maybe 2 of wine.

Hopefully this can give you a few ideas for your meal planning!
