What I ate Wednesday

Today I wanted to share with you what a day of eating looks like for me! This is from last Wednesday, I would immediately say I needed more vegetables in my diet but you win some and you lose some! Check it out.

8:30: Coffee with Collagen and Stevia

9:30: Breakfast on the Go was a protein bar, I didn't get a picture because I was driving but I am loving the Quest Mint Chocolate Chip bars right now!

11:15: After Workout Protein, these premade shakes from muscle milk are only 100 calories and taste amazing!

Today was a cardio and Ab day so I took a 45 minute spin class and then did about 15 minutes of abs.

1:45: Late lunch: Turkey Sausage Egg Scramble with left over turkey sausage from earlier in the week. (There is no way to make that look good in a picture)

4:00: Afternoon Snack, while I worked on writing up this blog. A beef stick and some string cheese.

6:30: Tomato and Mozzarella with Basil (I purchased this for the weekend at the lake but my fiancé couldn’t wait!)

7:30: Strip Steak Skewers, easiest recipe ever! I will post it on the blog later this week.

Also not pictured was the glass of white wine I had with dinner! ;)
