Tricep Exercises

We’re in the full swing of summer and it is hot hot hot! That means tank tops are pretty much the only thing I have been wearing so I have been focusing on my triceps a little bit more during my workouts. Triceps is the muscle on the back of your arm that helps you to extend your arm or straighten your elbow. So lets talk about some of the most effective triceps exercises.

Tricep Push Ups

Skull Crushers

Triceps Kick Backs (straight arm)

Triceps Kick Backs (bent arm)

Triceps Dips

Plank Up-Up Down-Down

You can use a few of these exercises in your workout and make sure to do full range of motion and add in a few sets of pulses!
