Total Body Workout!

I wanted to share a workout that one of our trainer, Trevor wrote up! This is a great total body workout that can be completed in about 30 minutes without any equipment. As always if you have any additional questions come into Live Fit today and one of our certified personal trainers would love to help.

Make sure to warm up and cool down for 5-10 minutes before and after the workout!

3 rounds:
10 shoulder presses
10 Goblet squats
15 warrior sit ups
60 mountain climbers

3 rounds:
10 lateral shoulder raises
10 (each leg) lateral lunges**
20 toe touches**
60 Russian twists**

2 Rounds:
2 minute jog
20 walking lunges**

** Add weight if necessary
