Tonights Dinner: Salmon and Asparagus

We all have busy and hectic lives, so I am all for a quick and easy meal…but a lot of those quick and easy meals are not healthy. But tonight I want to share with you a quick and HEALTHY recipe for salmon and asparagus.temp-post-image


Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Minced Garlic
Salmon Filets (about 6 oz)

Layer asparagus in the bottom of a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Add the salmon on top and drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper, and minced garlic
Bake at 425° for 15 minutes

And you are done! We toped the salmon with corn salsa from Trader Joes and it was amazing! Let me know if you give this recipe a try!
