Things are starting to sag!

Unfortunately, as we age, the elasticity of our skin decreases which can cause your breast to begin to naturally sag. There are other factors that can contribute to this like smoking and multiple pregnancies but unfortunately sagging breast are a normal part of the aging process. Luckily there are exercises you can perform to make your breasts less saggy! You mostly want to focus on chest exercises and add in a few back exercises. The exercises I would recommend would be; pushups, standing chest press, shoulder raises, t-planks, elbow squeezes, dumbbell rows and dumbbell flys. If you are lucky and your breasts have not begun to sag there are a few things to do that can help keep your breast from sagging. Make sure to begin performing exercises like the ones above, try not to allow your weight to fluctuate, wear a good sports bra during workouts, and eat healthy and drink a lot of water!
