The dreaded plank...

If you are looking for one exercise to perform today look no further…you should perform a PLANK! Fortunately planking is an exercise that works most of your large muscle groups including; hamstrings, glutes, abs, obliques, shoulders, back, and chest and requires no equipment. There are so many different variations of planks so today I wanted to give you a great plank workout to perform this week!

Make sure to warm up and cool down before and after you complete this workout.

Elbow Plank: 1 minute

Mountain Climbers: 30 seconds

High Plank with Shoulder Taps: 1 minute

Plank Jacks: 30 seconds

Side Plank (right): 1 minute

Mountain Climbers: 30 seconds

Side Plank (left): 1 minute

Plank Jacks: 30 seconds

Alternating Hip Dips: 1 minute

Mountain Climber: 30 seconds

Reverse Plank: 1 minute

Plank Jacks: 30 seconds
