Stir Fry Recipe

So yesterday we talked about making exercise a priority, eating healthy also needs to be a priority. A lot of people think eating healthy takes extra time, that is NOT the case! There are many quick recipes that can be made in one pot (easy and quick clean up) in less then 15 minutes. Below is an easy recipe for stir fry all you do is combine veggies and a protein together with Tamari sauce and you have a quick healthy meal!temp-post-image

Ingredients:
Stir Fry Veggies (you can buy precut veggies from Trader Joes)
Small can of Water Chestnuts
1 lb of precooked Shrimp
2 precooked Turkey Sausages
3 clove grated garlic
4 Tbs Tamari Sauce
1 Tbs Sriracha Sauce
1 Tbs Olive Oil
Directions:
Add hard veggies, water chestnuts, and garlic into frying pan with 1 Tbs of Olive Oil, sauté for 5 minutes before adding the soft veggies along with the protein, sauté for 3 additional minutes then add the Tamari Sauce and Sriracha Sauce and bring to a simmer.
