Shoulder Pain

Are you experiencing shoulder pain? A lot of times the cause of shoulder pain is actually tightness in your upper back. This can be caused from hours of being in active and sitting with bad posture, for example sitting at a computer screen all day. In order for your shoulder to function correctly you need good upper back mobility there are a few exercises that can help to increase your mobility. First try foam roller extension this can help increase your upper back mobility. Next, side lying thoracic openers will help your outward rotation. And lastly, the following yoga poses will also increase your range of motion, down ward facing dog against a wall, forward bend with a shoulder stretch, and around the world against the wall.
