Monthly Challenges

With the New Year coming up why don’t we try something new for a healthy challenge this upcoming year. Each month try giving up/trying something that could make your body healthier. Each of these challenges are only 1 month long so you can do anything for 1 month!

January: No Sweets

February: Workout 5 days a week

March: No Soda or Juice

April: No Fried Foods

May: 4 servings of Vegetables every day!

June: Get in 10,000 Steps a day

July: No Gluten

August: No Alcohol

September: Eat a Healthy Breakfast everyday

October: Perform 100 Jumping Jacks, Crunches, Squats, and Triceps Dips each day

November: No Sugar

December: 15 minutes of Cardio everyday
