I love training at Live Fit because it is such a welcoming environment that promotes fitness as a part of a healthy lifestyle verses a temporary tool used to achieve a short-term goal. We teach clients how to do exercises properly to see results and not injure themselves. I believe fitness has the power to improve not only physical appearances, but to also improve mood, confidence, aches and pains! Live Fit makes fitness fun. All the trainers get along great with each other and our clients become friends as well!
I don’t have one favorite workout style. I’m a big fan of variety. I like to push people depending on how they’re feeling and what their goals are. Some people may need to focus mostly on flexibility, while others want a high intensity workout! My favorite training memory is probably watching a client who swore she could never run more than 3 miles, complete her first half marathon. It is great to see people exceed their goals!
My husband and I have an energetic one year old that keeps us on our toes. When I’m not chasing her around, I love running, music, going to movies, coffee shops, trying new restaurants, and seeing family and friends!
