Jump Rope Workout

I wanted to share a quick 20 minute cardio workout and all you need is a jump rope! First make sure your jump rope is the right length for you, stand on the jump rope and the handles should extend to your arm pits. Now lets get to the workout!

Make sure to warm up for 5 minutes and cool down and stretch after the workout.

25 squats

45 second Plank

15 Push-Ups

15 Burpees

Jump Rope 1 minute

10 Lunges (each leg)
