July 4th Workout

Just because it is a holiday doesn't mean you should skip your workout!! Below is a quick 20 minute work out that can be done any where!! So get off your lawn chair and get moving!!

Tabata is a four minute high-intensity workout, you alternate between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-seconds of rest for a total of eight rounds. Complete each exercise combo of exercises by alternate for the full 4 minutes then take one minute of rest between each exercise.

Set 1: Mountain Climbers and Push-Ups

Set 2: Skaters and Squats

Set 3: High Knees and Walking Lunges

Set 4: Burpees and Plank Jacks
