How to reach your daily step goal

On Monday we talked about activity trackers. Well today I want to talk about how to get more steps during the day. Below is a list of ideas to increase your step per day!!


• Take walk breaks every hour, get up from your desk and make a circle around the office.
• Park your car further from the door
• Take the stairs instead of the elevator
• Walk around your house during commercial breaks
• Take the dogs on an extra walk
• Stand while talking on the phone
