How to improve your quality of sleep

We all know that there are a lot of benefits from beginning a regular exercise regiment, weight loss and increasing your strength are typically what people think of first, but another amazing benefit to working out is an improved quality of sleep. Working your large muscle groups allows your body to feel fatigued and therefore you are able to fall asleep quicker and stay asleep longer.

There are many more ways to improve your quality of sleep, for example; try to limit your caffeine after 3:00pm. and make sure to turn off your electronics about an hour before bed. Your body needs time to relax after along day so taking a bath, drinking some tea and reading a book allows your body to prepare for sleeping. These are small changes that we can all make that can allow us to get a better quality of sleep therefore being more prepared for the next day.
