Hip Mobility Exercises

Most of us spend a lot of time sitting; it could be at a desk, in a car, or on the couch. Sitting so much throughout the day causes reduced hip mobility and our hips require a lot of attention to keep healthy. Our hips help with walking, standing, going up the stairs, and pretty much any thing else that requires movement of the lower body. Below I have listed a few exercises and stretches that will help regain mobility in your hips. Start by performing each exercise for about 30 seconds to one minute. You can perform this each day or as much as needed.
