Grilled Salmon and Broccoli Recipe

I love grilling, it's quick it's easy and you are able to get a lot of flavor without adding extra calories. Below is a grill recipe for salmon and broccoli. Check them both out!

Salmon:

Ingredients:

1 lb. Salmon

1/4 c. Olive Oil

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

1 tbls Red Wine

1/2 tbls Honey

1 tbls Minced Garlic

1 tbls Basil

1 tsp. Rosemary leaves

Salt and Pepper

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except salmon in a bowl, whisk to combine. Set aside 1/4 of the marinade for later and then spread the rest on the salmon. Let marinate for about 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes place salmon on a hot grill over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side. Brush the salmon with the remaining marinade a couple of times during the cooking. You will know the salmon is done when it flakes easily.

Broccoli

Ingredients:

1 head Broccoli chopped

2 tbls. Olive Oil

Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Salt and Pepper

Parmesan to garnish

Directions:

Divide all the ingredients onto two pieces of grill safe aluminum foil. Seal the edges making a tight fold leaving room in the foil for air circulation. Place on hot grill for 15-25 minutes. Once cooked through careful open pouches and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
