Well…today didn’t go so well for the Chiefs, but I am so excited that football season is back! I wanted to share with you a fun way to get a workout in while watching the game. Let me know if you give the workout a try!

Defensive Penalty Flag: 25 Crunches

Offensive Penalty Flag: 25 Squat Jumps

Rushing Touch Down: 25 Tricep Dips

Passing Touch Down: 10 Walking Lunges each leg

Field Goal: 15 Push Ups

Turn Over: 1 minute Plank

Sack: 1 min Wall Sit

2 Point Conversion: 25 Burpees
