I have a lot of clients that ask for suggestions for exercises for various body parts/muscle groups, so it thought I would compile a list of exercises for each major muscle group. Remember there are thousands of exercises for each muscle group and no one exercise is better then another. It depends on your body, your injuries, and what you enjoy.
