Dehydration

Water, water, water….is so important! But what happens if you do not get enough water? You become dehydrated! There are several ways to tell if you are dehydrated, unfortunately dehydration affects us all; the first sign of dehydration for my self is fatigue. I become drained and feel like it would be hard to continue with my day. Another symptom of dehydration is dry skin or lips and bad breath! If you are dehydrated you are not capable of producing enough saliva, which can cause bad breath. Have you ever been working out and a horrible muscle cramp hits you? That could also be because you are dehydrated! As you can see dehydration can affect many different systems in your body so make sure to drink half your body weight in ounces each day!
