Chili Recipe


Finally it’s starting to feel like fall and all that makes me want to do is cozy up on the couch with a big bowl of chili! We have the easiest one pot chili recipe that we make all the time! It’s literally as easy as opening a few cans and browning some meat. Let us know if you give this recipe a try!


1 lb Ground Turkey

2 cans Diced Tomatoes

2 cans Tomato Sauce

1 can Rotel (we use hot)

1 Chili Packet

2 c. Diced Mushrooms

1 c. Diced Zucchini

½ c. Diced Onion

2 tbls. Minced Garlic

Directions: Spray the bottom of your Dutch oven with oil; add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Next add the ground turkey and onions and brown until turkey is fully cooked, drain the excess fat from the meat. Next add zucchini and mushrooms and sauté for 3-5 minutes before adding the rest of the ingredients. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes but it can go longer. Serve with cheese and crackers.
