Chicken Tortilla Soup

I have another recipe for you all today! This seriously couldn’t be any easier. Just a little chopping and putting it into the crock pot. Lets get to it!
1 1/2 lb Chicken Breast
32 ox Chicken Stock
14.5 oz Can Diced Tomatoes
1 Medium Yellow Pepper (Diced)
1 Medium Orange Bell Pepper (Diced)
1 Medium Onion (Diced)
6 oz. Mushrooms (sliced)
4 Large Cloves Garlic (grated)
4 Tbs Taco Seasoning
2 TBs Fresh Cilantro (I didn’t use fresh ☺)
1 Tbs Garlic Salt
Put everything in the crock pot! Cook on low for 6 hours, using 2 forks shred the chicken breasts and then cook for an additional hour. And you are done!
