Chicken Sandwich Recipe

Hey All! Today I wanted to share with you a quick and easy recipe for Chicken Sandwiches. I eat my “sandwich” with a lettuce wrap and my boy friend eats his with whole wheat bread.
Ingredients:
2 Chicken Breast
2 Slices of Pepper Jack Cheese
4 Slices of Turkey Bacon
2 Tbls Bolthouse Ranch Dressing
1 Tbls Red Hot
1 Tbls Butter
2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread
Directions:
Place bacon slices on a baking sheet and put in a cold oven, then preheat to 350° for 20 minutes. While bacon is cooking grill the chicken breasts on a George Forman grill until cooked through. After cooked through add 2 bacon slices to each chicken breast. Then add a piece of pepper jack cheese on top of the bacon. Let the cheese melt for about a minute while you are preparing the sauce for the sandwich. Combine the ranch and red hot to create a sauce. If eating your sandwich with bread spread some of the sauce on one side of the bread. Create your sandwich by putting the chicken between the slices and place the sandwich back on the George Foreman and grill like a panini press for about 2 minutes. If you will be using a lettuce wrap just remove the chicken add the sauce to the top of the chicken and wrap in lettuce.
This recipe is extremely simple and we had steamed vegetables with our sandwiches which allowed this to be an easy well balance meal!
