For many people eating breakfast is not a priority, this is a mistake! When you wake up in the morning, your body is in a fasting state and breakfast is the meal that breaks the fast. If you don’t eat some quality carbs and protein, your blood sugar will remain extremely low throughout the morning. Eating breakfast also helps kick start your metabolism and gives you energy to make it through your day. I have many personal training clients that get burnt out on breakfast ideas, so today I want to share with you some healthy breakfast ideas.
Breakfast Burritos: whole wheat tortilla with eggs, low fat mozzarella, and turkey sausage.
Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt with Fresh Fruit and Raw Honey
Steal Cut Oats with Natural Peanut Butter and Diced Apples
