Blog Updates!

Hi everyone! I wanted to drop a quick note to you and let you know we are going to be making a few changes to the blog. The changes will allow you to have a more personal look into my attempts at leading a healthy life and maybe a few of the other trainers along the way!

Each week I will share with you the following:

- My workout schedule

- What I ate for an entire day(maybe we can convince some of the other trainers too)

- Workout provided by a Live Fit personal trainer.

- I also want to continue to include recipes and other helpful healthy tips I come across in my daily life.

Now I figure I should tell you a little bit more about myself, my name is Jessica and I have been writing the blogs and posting to social media for about 2 years and I have been a personal trainer at Live Fit for 4 years. I grew up in a small town and moved to Overland Park when I was in middle school. I attended Blue Valley North West where I met my now fiancé and went off to K-State for college. Now we live in a loft in downtown Kansas City and are busy planning our wedding for this November!

I have always been an active person and I enjoy almost any type of exercise. Like many of us, exercising is much easier for me than keeping my diet in check..or to be more honest, its not so much the diet but wanting to drink too much wine ;) I am hoping to provide information about my lifestyle and many of our other personal trainers in hopes of showing you that you can starting living a healthier life TODAY!
