Before Bed Stretching Routine

Today I wanted to share with you a 10 minute before bed stretching routine. I have tried to get in the habit of stretching each night for about 10 minutes. I feel that this helps me calm down and prepare for bed and allows me to get a better nights sleep and wake up feeling great! Almost every person needs to stretch more each day and this routine can be just what you need to relieve your knee or shoulder pain that you have been living with for years! Each of these poses are able to be performed in your bed or in your pj's so give it a try! As always come into Live Fit if you have any questions.
