Baked Buffalo Chicken Wings Recipe

What do you do when your boyfriend comes home and all he wants for dinner are buffalo chicken wings…do you blow your diet and head up to the Peanut for wings and a beer? Heck No! You make a healthier version at home. Now let me tell you, I LOVE chicken wings so I was a little skeptical to try this at home recipe but it was extremely good and not half bad for you! So lets get to the recipe, I pretty much used the exact recipe that was on the back of the RedHot bottle, I just made a few modifications!

Serves 2

Ingredients:

1.5 lbs Chicken Wings

1/8 c. Melted Butter

¼ c. Franks RedHot Sauce

1 tbls. Ranch Seasoning

1 tbls Olive Oil

Directions: Preheat the oven to 450° and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Put the wings, olive oil, and ranch seasoning in a mixing bowl and toss until all the wings are covered. Bake the wings for 30 minutes turning once. Combine the Franks RedHot and melted butter, then once the wings are finished cooking toss them in the sauce and serve. We served ours with celery sticks and ranch.
