Bacon Ranch Chicken


I have an extremely easy recipe for you all tonight! We had left over bacon from a recipe I made for Easter so I was googling ways to use it up and I stumbled on this recipe. It was easy as pie and only 4 ingredients!

Serves 2


2 tbls Ranch Dressing

2 Chicken Breasts

4 slices Bacon (we used real bacon, but I am sure turkey bacon would taste great too!)

1/2 c. Shredded Cheese


Preheat the oven to 400° layer a baking dish with aluminum foil (for easy clean up) spread the ranch dressing on the chicken, then place the bacon on top of the chicken bake for 30 minutes (or until the chicken is cooked), top the chicken with the shredded cheese and then place in the oven on broil for 3-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

We served our chicken with broccoli and it was wonderful! The chicken was extremely moist (if you know me, you know that word makes me want to gag, but I don't know another word to use!)
