At Home Cardio Work Out!

Hi All! Today we are going to share with you an at home cardio workout that needs little to no equipment. Tabata is a high intensity interval training workout that is a great way to squeeze in that cardio and is sure to have you sweaty by the end! To perform Tabata you need to perform 20 seconds of exercise with 10 seconds of rest between each set for a total of four minutes for each exercise. You can choose any exercises but for a great at home cardio workout I would suggest high knees, speed squats, jogging in place, and mountain climbers. Perform each of the exercises for four minutes with one minute of rest between each exercise for a quick 20 minute workout! Have fun!
