Alternatives to gym machines

Sometimes when you go from working out in a gym to working out at home you can feel like you cannot get the same workout because you are missing some of the machines. Fortunately that’s not true! Below are a list of some of the machines that are common at the gym and then some alternative exercises that are easily done at home with just a little bit of equipment.
