8 Things to do instead of eating out of boredom

We have all been there, we feel like we are starving and then after actually accessing the situation we see that we are just eating out of boredom. Next time this happens try one of the following activities to get your mind off of your hunger.

1. Take a walk
2. Clean your refrigerator out
3. Take a bath
4. Call a friend
5. Paint your nails
6. Drink a glass of water
7. Play a game with your kids
8. Go walk around Target, you don’t have to buy anything
