50 Push Up Plan

Have you ever wanted to be able to perform 50 push ups in a row? Well do I have the push up plan for you! Below is a six week plan to perform 50 push ups without rest. This plan can be modified for knee push ups or even counter top push ups, do what works for you! Make sure you have correct form and you are going deep enough in your push up, your elbows should be at a 90° angle at the bottom of your push up. Also make sure to rest for 90 seconds between each set. Come into Live Fit if you have any additional questions about the push up plan or if you need help perfecting your form!
