20 Minute Interval Treadmill Workout

With the Christmas chaos over we all need to get back into a workout routine. Today I want to share with you a simple treadmill workout that can start this week off right! This workout could be completed outside and you can just estimate your speed based off of how hard you are running. Also this workout is a fairly difficult workout so know you can bump the speed down for each interval!
0-2:30- 3.6 mph
2:30-5:00- 4 mph
5:00-6:00- 5.5 mph
6:00-6:30- 8 mph
6:30-8:00- 4 mph
8:00-9:00- 9 mph
9:00-9:30- 4 mph
9:30-10:30- 8 mph
10:30-12:00- 4 mph
12:00-13:00 5.5 mph
13:00-14:00- 4 mph
14:00-15:00- 9 mph
15:00-15:30- 4 mph
15:30-16:30- 5.5 mph
16:30-18:00- 4 mph
18:00-20:00- 3.6 mph
