Today I wanted to share with you a quick 10 minute cardio workout. You do not need an hour to get a great workout in. Try this 10 minute workout and repeat as many times as you can throughout the day.

10 Minute Cardio Workout: Perform each exercise for 1 minute with minimal rest between exercises.

Jumping Jacks

Squat Jumps

Mountain Climbers

Butt Kicks

Burpees

High Knees

Lunge Jumps

Plank Jacks

Tuck Jumps

Explosive Push Ups
